We have a 30-day exchange policy. Within 30 Days if you are not comfortable you can exchange your mattress. You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred. Equal value exchanges or you are welcome to upgrade & pay the difference.

Furniture:
Opened Items are Non-exchangeable.
Still in the box items are exchangeable for equal value or you are welcome to upgrade & pay the difference.

Damages and issues
